Welcome to Humanizzer. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms governing the use of images, cloned voices, and training data sources for creating interactive agents (“Agents”). Please review this document carefully. Your use of the Humanizzer service constitutes your acceptance of this policy.


1.1 Permissible Images: Users can upload images to create a visual representation for their Agents. The uploaded images must be:

• Owned by the user or used with proper authorization.


• Compliant with applicable laws and do not infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

1.2 Prohibited Images: The following are strictly prohibited:

• Images of individuals without their explicit consent.


• Depictions of illegal, hateful, obscene, or inappropriate content.

1.3 Licensing and Permissions: By uploading an image, you grant Humanizzer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, modify, and use the image for generating Agents. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.

1.4 Responsibility: Humanizzer bears no responsibility for claims arising from unauthorized image use. Users accept full liability for content they upload.



2.1 Cloned Voice Creation: Users may provide audio samples to clone voices for their Agents. The audio must:

• Belong to the user or be provided with explicit consent from the original voice owner.


• Be free of background noise and distortion to ensure accurate cloning.

2.2 User Consent: By submitting an audio sample, users confirm that:

• The voice used belongs to them or they have obtained explicit permission from the individual whose voice is being cloned.


• Humanizzer is granted permission to process and use the audio for creating Agents.

2.3 Prohibited Use: Using cloned voices for deceptive, harmful, illegal, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited. Humanizzer retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activities.



3.1 Data Sources: Users may upload or link to the following data types for training their Agents:

• URLs


• Documents (e.g., PDFs, Word files)


• Videos (e.g., YouTube links)

3.2 User Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the data sources comply with copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Users must not upload or link to data that they are unauthorized to use.

3.3 Permissible Use: The data provided will be processed solely for generating responses and functionality for the Agent. Humanizzer will not share, disclose, or repurpose this data beyond its intended use without user consent.

3.4 Prohibited Content: Users must not provide data that contains:

• Sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, financial details).


• Hateful, offensive, or illegal material.

4.1 Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of images, voices, and data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Humanizzer harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from violations of this policy.

4.3 Right to Suspend: Humanizzer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users found in violation of this policy.



Humanizzer reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
